Doctor Myro LLC (La Jolla, California) operates this newsletter and a small internal tool, Doctor Myro Replies, that helps Dr. Myro Figura read and reply to public comments on his own Instagram account (@doctormyro) and Facebook Page (Doctor Myro). The tool is not offered to the public.
What the tool accesses. Through Meta's official APIs, it reads the text of public comments on our own posts, the commenter's public username or name, and the time of the comment.
How we use it. Only to choose and post replies to those comments. We do not sell or share this information, use it for advertising, or build profiles of commenters.
What we keep. A simple log of the replies we posted (the post, the commenter's username and our reply), so we do not answer the same comment twice.
Deleting your data. To ask us to delete any information related to you, email [email protected] with your username. We will confirm deletion within 30 days. You can also delete your own comment on Instagram or Facebook at any time.
Newsletter subscribers. Subscriber data for this newsletter is handled by beehiiv. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email.
